Timetable - Online Classes

Many people attend yogaphysio online classes as part of their management of an injury or health condition, following physiotherapy or doctor's referral. If you have an ailment which you are hoping to improve with yoga, it is recommended, and may be pre-requisite, for you have a physiotherapy assessment prior to attendand. If you are a new student, please email me to discuss suitable classes and to make a booking.

Waiver & Release

By entering the online classes provided by yogaphysio.com.au you agree to the following:

  • I understand that the online yoga classes are not always taken by a physiotherapist and I am familiar with the qualifications of the instructor taking each class.

  • I understand that the online yoga classes involve physical activity, breathing exercise and meditation/ relaxation. As is the case with any physical exercise, there is risk of injury and that this cannot be completely eliminated. I participate at my own risk.

  • I am aware that yoga is not recommended for certain medical and psychological conditions and by entering the class I affirm that I have the relevant medical clearance to affirm participation is appropriate and safe for my condition/s.

  • I agree to advise the teacher before the class of any health conditions or limitations I have and will advise of any changes during the class.

  • I understand that no pain is good and that if I experience pain or discomfort with any instructed positions, I will cease immediately and leave the class if that is what is best for my body and seek medical assessment if required.

  • I agree to advise the teacher if I am pregnant, become pregnant, or am post pregnancy or have a history of miscarriage and affirm that I have medical clearance to participate safely.

  • I understand that yoga is not a replacement for medical and allied health assessment and I agree to consider guidance given by treating practitioners when performing yoga postures.

  • I assume full responsibility for any and all damages that incur through my participation.

  • I hereby agree to irrevocably release and waive any claims that I have now or in the future against yogaphysio, founder Tamara James and associated teachers.
