Adjustment Workshop

Providing adjustments demands not only a good knowledge of applied anatomy but also the ability to be sensitive to where a student is at. When a teacher isnt sure of what they are doing the student senses this and they feel unsafe they then often resist the adjustment. On the other hand an over confident teacher with poor knowledge and a heavy hand can easily injure someone.

NEW early am class - Fit Beginners

Tony will run this new 6 to 7.15 am class aimed at those of you that have a busy schedule... get your yoga out the way before racing off to work. This class is a mix of Iyengar and yogaphysio style and the class content is particularly suited to those of you guys and girls that are involved in other sport... cyclists, runners, team sports etc... allowing you to cross train in a way that maintains your strength while seriously stretching those bits that get tight by your other activities.
